The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has announced that there are more than 26,000 local and overseas jobs opportunities in nationwide online job fairs starting May 1, Labor Day.
Over 23,000 local vacancies mostly for production operators, factory workers, customer service representatives, nurses, cashiers, baggers, mason, and carpenters will be offered by 522 participating employers.
Meanwhile, over 3,000 overseas jobs will be offered by 45 participating employers. Most vacancies are for nurses, factory workers, mechanics, nursing aides/ healthcare assistants, and cleaners.
The expanded Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan Job and Business Fair is being mounted by the Bureau of Local Employment, DOLE Regional Offices, and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) virtually, in adherence to restrictions on mass gatherings.
