DOTr Hiring: For the PUV Modernization Program & the Interim Greenways Project

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) is urgently looking for qualified and competent individuals to fill in the positions, under the PUV Modernization Program and the Interim Greenways project.

PUV Modernization Program

1. Senior Project Management Specialist (Planning Officer V)

  • Salary Grade: SG 24 (Approximately P85k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Master’s Degree of any related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience; preferably with experience in urban planning and project management

2. Project Officer I

  • Salary Grade: SG 20 (Approximately P53k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably BS Computer Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • At least 8 hours of relevant training
  • RA 1080 (valid PRC license)

3. Administrative Officer V (Budget and Procurement Officer)

  • Salary Grade: SG 18 (Approximately 42k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 8 hours of relevant training
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility
4. Project Development Officer III (Senior Technical Writer/Legal)
  • Salary Grade: SG 18 (Approximately 42k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Graduate of any related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 8 hours of relevant training
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

5. Project Development Officer III (Resettlement Specialist)

  • Salary Grade: SG 18 (Approximately 42k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Graduate of any related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 8 hours of relevant training
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility
6. Project Development Officer III (Engineer)
  • Salary Grade: SG 18 (Approximately 42k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • RA 1080 (valid PRC license)

7. Planning Officer II (Graphic Artist/Writer)

  • Salary Grade: SG 15 (Approximately 32k/mo)
  • Status: Job Order
  • Has good data visualization skills
  • Skilled in using Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom
  • Graduate of any related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • At least 4 hours of relevant training
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

Interim Greenways Project

8. Project Manager I

  • Salary Grade: SG 25
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC
  • Five (5) years supervisory or management experience
  • 120 hours of supervisory or management learning and development intervention taken within the last 5 years
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility

9. Attorney IV

  • Salary Grade: SG 23 (Approximately P75k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Bachelor of Laws
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 8 hours of relevant training
  • RA 1080 (BAR)

10. Engineer IV

  • Salary Grade: SG 22 (Approximately 67k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • At least 16 hours of relevant training
  • RA 1080 (ENGR)
11. Accountant III
  • Salary Grade: SG 19 (Approximately 47k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • BS Accountancy/ BSC Accountancy/ BSBA Accounting
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 8 hours of relevant training
  • RA 1080 (CPA)
12. Community Development Officer III
  • Salary Grade: SG 18 (Approximately 42k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
  • 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • 24 hours of supervisory or management learning and development intervention
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility
13. Engineer II (2 vacant positions)
  • Salary Grade: SG 16 (Approximately 35k/mo)
  • Status: Job Orders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • At least 4 hours of relevant training
  • RA 1080 (ENGR)

Project Officer IV (Project Manager)

  • Salary Grade: SG 23 (Approximately P75k/mo)
  • Status: Contract of Service
  • Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
  • Master’s Degree of any related field
  • Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience
  • Sixty (60) hours of supervisory or management learning and development intervention undertaken in the last 5 years
  • CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility
