Applicants from selected regions can now file their application for the March 2020 Civil Service Exam this coming Monday, December 9, 2019.
In the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Examination Announcement No. 07 series of 2019, the schedule of both First and Second Batch of CS Exams are as follows:

However, with the recent CSC Examination Announcement No. 08 series of 2019, signed by Director Editha M. Dela Peña on December 6, 2019, here’s the updated schedule of filing of application:
For Regions IX, X, XI, XI, CARAGA and BARMM, they will have an early filing for the March Civil Service Exam compared to the rest of the regions. They will start accepting applications on Monday, December 9, 2019 until January 10, 2020.
Important Reminder for Civil Service Exam Applicants
The acceptance of applications will be on a first-come-first-serve basis because there will be quotas for the first and second batch of applicants. If the target and quota of number of examinees has already reached, your application may no longer be accepted.
