GSIS Online Loan Application | Step by Step Procedures

GSIS members and pensioners many now apply for Consoloan, Policy Loan, Emergency Loan, and Pension Loan in 4 easy steps:

GSIS Loan Online Application

1. Download the Form

• gsis.gov.ph/downloadable-forms

2. Fill out the form and prepare the following JPEG or PDF files:

• Duly accomplished application form
• A clear picture of the borrower holding his/her GSIS UMID e-card (or temporary e-Card)
• If GSIS UMID e-card or the temporary e-Card is not available:
  • Present two (2) valid IDs (front and back) and;
  • Take a clear photo of the borrower holding the two (2) ID cards.

3. Email all the files with the subject line:

• Type of GSIS Loan _ BP Number _ Last Name _ First Name _ Agency Name

• For Pension Loan

4. Send the documents via email

• Maximum of 2MB per email
• For NCR (Including  Quezon City, Cavite, and Rizal Province), kindly email it to [email protected]
• For North Luzon, kindly email it to [email protected]
• For South Luzon, kindly email it to [email protected]
• For Visayas areas, kindly email it to [email protected]
• For Mindanao areas, kindly email it to [email protected]

After sending the email, please wait for the following:

• Email acknowledgment from GSIS
• Tentative Loan Computation and Loan Conformity
• Notification of incomplete and/or non-compliant documents (if applicable)

Note for Active Members

Once you have submitted the Loan Conformity, GSIS shall be forwarding it to your respective AAOs for certification.
