The GT REAP Scholarship 2026 is now accepting applications for qualified college students enrolled in participating higher education institutions across the Philippines. Administered by the GT Foundation, Inc. (GTFI), the GT REAP (Reformation and Educational Assistance Program) provides financial assistance to eligible students in their final academic year while also opening doors to internship and career opportunities within the Metrobank and GT Capital Group of Companies.

What is the GT REAP Scholarship?

The GT REAP Scholarship (Reformation and Educational Assistance Program) is a scholarship initiative of GT Foundation, Inc., a foundation established by Metrobank founder Dr. George S.K. Ty and his family. It aims to help deserving Filipino college students complete their undergraduate studies by providing financial support during their final academic year.

Aside from tuition assistance, scholars may also receive opportunities for internship, professional development, and future employment within the Metrobank and GT Capital Group.

The scholarship is available only through participating colleges and universities. Interested applicants should coordinate with their respective scholarship or student affairs offices for institution-specific requirements.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must generally meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen.
• Must be a regular incoming 4th or 5th year college student, depending on the curriculum of the degree program.
• Must be enrolled in a participating GT REAP partner institution.
• Must belong to an eligible or priority degree program.
• Must satisfy the academic and documentary requirements prescribed by the participating school.

Some universities may impose additional grade requirements or screening procedures.

GT REAP Scholarship Requirements

The exact documentary requirements vary by school. However, applicants are generally asked to prepare:

• Completed scholarship application form
• Certificate of Registration or Enrollment
• Latest grades or Transcript of Records
• Valid school identification card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (if required)
• Other documents requested by the school’s scholarship coordinator

Note: The UP Engineering R&D Foundation (UPERDFI) was included as one of the GT REAP Scholarship partner institutions in the previous application cycle. However, as of this writing, UPERDFI has not yet released its official application form or guidelines for Academic Year 2026–2027.
