Application is now open to be part of the LandBank Management Training Program 2024.

What is LandBank Management Training Program (MTP)?

The LandBank MTP is a program designed to train and develop young professionals to ensure the availability of qualified, competent and value-laden first-line supervisors who will help the company fulfill its mandate and attain it’s corporate objectives.

This program is open for both internal employees and external applicants or those who are not working inside LandBank.

Who can apply for LandBank MTP?

  • Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree and a strong academic record (e.g., latin honors, dean’s lister, valedictorian) or those with a Master’s Degree or who have passed the Board/Bar Exams.
  • Possess Career Service Professional Eligibility/2nd Level Eligibility/RA 1080 (Board/Bar Passer)/PD 907 (e.g., Cum Laude Graduate)

According to Glassdor.com, the LandBank Management Trainees has a monthly salary between PhP 57,200 – PhP 61,900.

Accepted applicants will go through an intensive 9-month program focused on developing both technical and leadership skills. There will be a blend of classroom training and on-the-job experience. This is also an opportunity to showcase the applicants’ abilities through a Stretch Project and Final Assessment.

Classroom Training – Engage and collaborate with other participants as you delve into theoretical concepts, industry best practices & emerging banking trends.

On-the-Job Training – Gain practical experience by performing tasks in selected Bank units under the guidance of experienced trainers/colleagues.

Stretch Project – Collaborate on a transformative project aimed at driving significant impact across the Bank, fostering problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and innovation skills essential for success.

Final Assessment – Showcase your acquired skills, leadership potential, and strategic thinking before a panel of senior officers and esteemed employee group members, marking your readiness for higher-level responsibilities.

The requirements for the Internal Applicants are the following:

  • Currently at PG-6 or PG-7
  • At least Very Satisfactory performance rating for the immediate preceding performance period
  • Endorsement of Department or Group Head stating that nominee is a high potential talent
