  3. Sad to know that BSEd Major in English wasn’t listed in the DOST scholarship. Can we ask request to be include it on the list before 2019? I am in 3rd year supposed to be but my mom can no longer support my other school expenses and have no father anymore. Meantime, I am currently working. I please and hope your kind and consideration.
