Based on the official publication submitted to the Civil Service Commission, the following positions are available:
Investigation Agent IV (15 Vacancies)
- Salary Grade: SG 23
- Monthly Salary: ₱91,306
- Experience Required: 2 years in crime detection, investigation or related work
Investigation Agent V (25 Vacancies)
- Salary Grade: SG 24
- Monthly Salary: ₱102,603
- Experience Required: 3 years in crime detection, investigation or related work
Investigation Agent VI (11 Vacancies)
- Salary Grade: SG 25
- Monthly Salary: ₱116,643
- Experience Required: 4 years supervisory or managerial experience

Educational Qualification
Applicants must be:
- A Member of the Philippine Bar, OR
- A holder of a Bachelor’s Degree who passed the necessary licensure examination relevant to the investigative functions of the NBI
- Criminologist (passed the Criminology Board Exam)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Licensed Engineer (for forensic/technical investigations)
- IT professional with appropriate certification (if required for cybercrime roles)
