According to the Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command, you can submit your application at http://cg-hrmc.com and the Human Resources Management Unit (HRMU) you’ve indicated as your preference will promptly reach out to you. You will receive clear communication regarding your schedule and instructions on when and where to report for further verification of your documents.

- Log In
- Personal Information (Each applicant shall fill out the application form with the required personal details.)
- Document Upload (Each applicant shall upload documentary requirements for application. Once uploaded, applicant shall print the application form.)
- Document Verification (Each applicant shall submit the all original documents to their respective HRMU’s for authenticity verification.)
- Deliberation (Applicants who shall qualify in the initial screening and verification shall be deliberated by the respective Admission Boards in each Coast Guard Districts.)
- Medical Examination (Applicants who will meet the minimum requirement in the PFT shall undergo the Medical Examination.)
- Dental Examination (Upon being cleared by the Coast Guard Medical Service, applicants shall undergo Dental Examination.)
- Physical Fitness Test (Applicants who will pass the deliberation shall be directed to the PFT.)
- Background Investigation
- Appointment as CG Draftee/ CG Probationary Ensign (All applicants who will satisfy the above mentioned process shall be appointed in the PCG Service).

Initial Requirements to Upload

- PSA Birth Certificate (along with the receipt)
- Valid NBI Clearance
- Valid Certificate of No Marriage/CENOMAR (along with the receipt)
- College Diploma (if any)
- Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades
- Certificate of Eligibility or License or TESDA (NCII)
- 4R Colored Full Body Picture
