Based on the Senate Bill No. 1219 and House Bill No. 5712 the proposed date of effectivity or implementation of the Salary Standardization Law V or SSL V Fourth Tranche is on January 1, 2023. On January 8, 2020, President Rodrigo Duterte signed this into a law.

I just want to ask w/ regards to the salary grade of Admin. Aide III or Clerk 1 is salary grade 3 is there any adjustment? Because as clerk 1 or admin. aide 3 we’re always busy doing papers works,i’ve been in DepED for 20 years,still admin aide 3 or clerk 1, w/ 11 yrs experience at private school as billing clerk to bookkeeper & supply in-charge after my 11 yrs i was hired by DepED as clerk 1,this is just to share lang po its very unfair kasi.thank you & more power…
