Fresh graduates can apply to those positions with Job Grade 9 and below since there is no requirement for experience and training. Higher positions require higher educational attainment (i.e. Master Degree or PhD) and more training experience.

How to Apply via SSS e-Recruitment Portal

You can apply online through their e-Recruitment Portal at careers.sss.gov.ph. Sign Up or Register first using an active email. The site will also be ask for your name, mobile number and chosen password.

After you have verified your email address, you can now log in to your account. On the left tab, you can start filling out your Personal Data Sheet which includes your personal information, family background, education, eligibility, work experience, trainings and seminars, etc.

The list of vacancies are also in the left tab area and you can use the search bar on the upper right to look for positions near your location. All the information you need for a specific vacant position will appear when you click the “Details” button.

For example, you are interested to the position of Junior Member Service Representative, you will find out that the education required must be a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Accountancy, Mathematics or in any discipline. It has no training and work experience required. You must have a Second Level Eligibility (Board Exam/Bar passer, Professional Civil Service Exam passer, or Honor Graduate Eligibility).

An email notification will be sent to your email confirming successfully uploaded your documents and application.
